Chilmark Planning Board Subcommittee Meeting
August 26, 2014

Meeting called to order at 3:05PM:
- Historical Building Draft Bylaw Amendment:
- Pam Goff presented the new historical house bylaw draft.
- Jessica and the subcommittee members made changes.
- Pam agreed to make the changes to the draft and send to Jennifer in preparation for the next meeting, Sept. 8.
- The subcommittee agreed to present it to the Planning Board at the same day, Sept. 8, at their meeting at 4:30PM.
- Accessory Apartment Bylaw Draft Amendment:
- Discussion occurred about the latest draft of the Accessory Apartment Bylaw draft #12.
- Joan mentioned her desire to separate definitions from the body of a bylaw. It was discussed and agreed that terms used in bylaws should be in the Definitions section of the ZBLs.
- Subcommittee members suggested changes. Changes were made.
- Jessica agreed to make the changes to the draft in preparation for the ZBA meeting tomorrow night (August 27) where the bylaw draft will be reviewed.
- Jessica informed the subcommittee that David Vigneault, of the DCRHA, will be attending tomorrow evening’s ZBA meeting.
- Jessica also agreed to create a chart/list of bullets of the main points of the draft bylaw, suggested by Janet, for tomorrow’s meeting.
- July 28, 2014 minutes were reviewed. The minutes were approved as written.
- Next Meetings: Sept. 8 & 22, 2014, 3PM
